Get away from it all, but take enough of it with you to stay comfortable! Featuring a separate master bedroom with upgraded mattress (sleeps 2), full slide in living/dining area, convertible dining area (sleeps 2), leather convertible sofa (sleeps 2), swivel TV, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, double bunks (sleeps 2-4), central vacuum system, A/C, heat, full washroom with shower and mini tub and second exterior door, and outdoor shower to hose off dirty kids and dogs. Sleeps 8-10 including convertible sleeping options. Towable with some 1/2 tons (3/4 ton preferred), tow vehicle must have trailer brake control installed. No delivery or set up. Minimum 3 night rental. Rental periods are by the night, like hotels. Pickup is generally in the afternoon on the first day of the rental period, return is generally in the morning on the day following the last night. Early or late pickups/dropoffs are sometimes possible but once a return time is agreed on, a late fee of $50/hour will apply. Propane tanks need to be filled before returning. Renter is responsible for emptying all tanks and cleaning the trailer. If it is not returned in the same condition of cleanliness as it was on pickup, an additional fee of $200 will be charged.
