Looking for 1 or 2 Handy People to work Part Time for the cost of rent including heat, water, power, and internet. Fair $/Hour offered based on personal skill set and experience. We require people with skill set in drywall repair and painting, minor plumbing repair, flooring, basic renovation skills. Experience with/or certificate in PPE, Boiler, work at heights beneficial but not required. Accommodations would be for a single person or committed couple. Upgraded Suite in apartment block at 121 High Street West or house apartment would be an option for the right person. Schedule would be flexible around the persons job or jobs. Candidates should have basic work wear, be trustworthy, honest, patient, and reliable. A person of their word.
