Prime Golf prescribes the season in which the week can be booked and used.. The Prime Golf season is wk 14 - wk 25 (mid-May to June 30, & wk 36 - wk 42 (Sept 1- mid-Oct). If the week is traded, it can be traded for any week of the year available at the resort being traded for.
Sunchaser has an option called Legacy For Life available to owners of these leases to convert them to deeded ownership of the week with no expiry for a moderate fee. Included with this, the deeded week would be registered with the other major trading company, Resort Condominiums International (RCI) which uses a points trading system rather than a weeks system as used by Interval International.
